HomeCare / Aged Care Partner
The Village Redcliffe offers independent living, along with support and additional care if required. We can also assist residents with the transition from their villa to nearby government-funded aged care facilities. Our aim is to ensure a seamless transition from independent living into aged care.
Seabrae Manor Aged Care Living is situated next to The Village Redcliffe and offers permanent residential accommodation, dementia-specific services, concessional places, and respite care. Its close proximity offers you the opportunity to stay in familiar surroundings, close to friends and family should your care needs increase.
The Village can also provide Home Care Services in your villa through government-subsidised home care packages and other community services. Our Homecare Coordinator is based at Redcliffe to help our Villagers remain confident, independent, and happy in their own homes.
